In Buckeye Lake, Ohio, Annex Brands, Inc. has expanded its franchise footprint with the opening of a new Pak Mail location at Blue Heron Boardwalk Plaza. The store is co-owned by Bob Kesterson and Aaron Spridgeon, bringing experienced leadership to a community that continues to see growing demand for reliable shipping and business services.
Kesterson enters the venture with a strong background in the industry, having previously managed two Navis Pack and Ship locations in Cincinnati and Columbus. That experience has shaped his approach to customer service, blending operational expertise with a focus on neighborhood relationships. The Buckeye Lake location is positioned to serve both residents and local businesses with a broad range of practical solutions.
The new Pak Mail offers shipping services through major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, along with professional packing for items that require special handling. Customers can also access mailbox rentals, notary public services, and printing support, making the location a comprehensive resource rather than a simple drop-off point.
“We want to be a dependable stop for our community, where every interaction feels smooth and worthwhile,” Kesterson said. His remarks reflect a service-driven philosophy that emphasizes trust, consistency, and attention to detail in daily operations.
Patrick Edd, president and chief executive officer of Annex Brands, welcomed the opening and praised Kesterson’s progression as a franchise owner. The Buckeye Lake launch underscores the company’s broader strategy of partnering with experienced operators to strengthen its presence in local markets, while reinforcing Pak Mail’s role as a reliable partner for shipping and office services.
