LeWrap, a fast casual dining brand known for its fresh, healthy wraps and bowls, is redefining franchise accessibility by eliminating upfront franchise fees at select locations across New South Wales. This initiative, which could save incoming franchisees up to $80,000, is part of a strategic effort to accelerate the brand’s growth and expand its national presence.
Currently operating 15 stores—most of which are situated in Sydney—LeWrap aims to triple its footprint to 45 stores by the year 2028. With new opportunities opening in high-traffic shopping centers and urban growth corridors, the company is actively targeting aspiring entrepreneurs who are eager to enter the foodservice industry but are often hindered by high startup costs.
General Manager of Franchising, Manal Haydar, emphasized that the waiver addresses a major barrier for potential franchise partners. “We know that the biggest challenge for many aspiring franchisees is the upfront investment. By waiving the franchise fee, we are opening doors for passionate individuals who want to grow with an established and trusted brand,” Haydar stated.
The current investment to own a LeWrap franchise is approximately $200,000, which includes fit-out, equipment, and operating capital. By eliminating the franchise fee, LeWrap reduces the financial hurdle and adds value by offering the full support and infrastructure of its parent company, Retail Systems Group.
Founded in 2005 by Turkish-Australian entrepreneur Kaan Celik, LeWrap has steadily built a reputation for delivering high-quality, fresh meals that cater to health-conscious consumers. In 2017, the brand merged with Middle Eastern quick-service chain Ali Baba to form Retail Systems Group, a parent company that supports franchise operations, marketing, and innovation. With backing from Retail Systems Group and tools like Infinity AI Caller—which automates lead engagement and franchisee onboarding—LeWrap is positioning itself for long-term franchise success.
Locations such as Shellharbour in NSW and Chermside in Queensland mark LeWrap’s efforts to build a truly national presence. The recent expansion initiative not only reflects growth ambitions but also aligns with shifting consumer preferences toward healthier dining options.
As LeWrap continues to invest in technology, infrastructure, and support, the no-franchise-fee offer represents a limited-time opportunity for motivated individuals to enter the competitive food retail market with a reduced financial burden and strong brand alignment.
