Launch Entertainment is expanding its Florida footprint with a new park planned for Pensacola, marking its fourth location in the state. The 31,000-square-foot family entertainment center is expected to open in September 2026 and will be operated by local father-and-son franchisees John and Jeremy Reams. The duo aims to bring a new wave of active family fun to Escambia and Santa Rosa counties while strengthening the sense of community that defines the area.
Jeremy Reams, a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned program manager, will lead the business alongside his father, who will support daily operations. Both share a passion for creating spaces where families can connect. “From the moment I experienced Launch with my kids, I knew it was a concept that would thrive in Pensacola,” said Jeremy Reams. “We are building something that will bring people together, create memories, and strengthen the community that makes this area so special.”
The upcoming park will feature a mix of entertainment attractions, including bowling lanes, arcade games, trampolines, obstacle courses, and air track zones. Guests can also enjoy a full-service dining experience through Launch’s Krave restaurant and bar, offering a complete destination for birthdays, group outings, and family gatherings. The Reams family plans to make the new venue a welcoming environment where fun, food, and connection come together under one roof.
Craig Erlich, Chief Executive Officer of Launch Entertainment, praised the partnership as a perfect fit for the brand’s mission. He described the Reams family as passionate, community-minded operators who embody Launch’s values. “At Launch Entertainment, we look for partners who care deeply about their communities, and Jeremy and John fit that perfectly,” Erlich said. With the Pensacola project underway, Launch continues to build momentum as one of the fastest-growing names in family entertainment, blending entrepreneurship, energy, and community in every market it enters.
