Joe & The Juice is set to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom with the upcoming opening of two new outlets in prominent retail destinations. The Danish food and beverage brand has agreed leases for locations within Birmingham’s Bullring and The Oracle in Reading, together covering more than 4,850 square feet of space. These new openings mark the next phase of growth following its most recent store launch in Bristol.
The Birmingham location will occupy approximately 2,130 square feet within the Bullring, offering seating for more than 50 customers. Its design will reflect the brand’s signature Scandinavian aesthetic, blending minimalist style with vibrant social energy. In Reading, the store at The Oracle will span around 2,745 square feet and accommodate more than 40 guests. Both sites are positioned to attract shoppers and commuters seeking refreshed food and drink options amid broader retail offerings.
The brand’s expansion into these key regional centres underscores a wider trend in retail property strategy, where food and beverage operators play an increasingly central role in driving footfall and dwell time. As traditional shopping environments adapt to changing consumer behaviour, tenants that offer experience-driven services are gaining prominence. Joe & The Juice’s continued growth in the UK illustrates confidence among brands and landlords alike in this integrated approach.
Representatives from the property owner noted that the new signings reflect the quality of their shopping destinations and the appeal they hold for international brands. The move also highlights ongoing interest from operators to secure space in established retail hubs that blend commerce with lifestyle experiences.
As the brand prepares to open these new stores in the coming months, its expansion strategy aligns with a broader shift in how urban retail environments evolve. With competition for consumer attention intensifying, the inclusion of dynamic food and drink concepts like Joe & The Juice helps create destinations that offer more than just shopping, promising a social and engaging experience for visitors.
