HTeaO has strengthened its presence in Roswell, New Mexico, with the opening of two new franchise locations that blend modern flavor with small-town charm. The first, operated by franchisee Neal Leven and his wife Diane, is located near Roswell’s well-known UFO Museum and has already earned the local nickname “HTeaO UFO.” Inside, guests are greeted by more than 20 flavors of sweetened and unsweetened teas made with 100 percent natural ingredients and filtered through HTeaO’s proprietary water purification system, creating a refreshing experience rooted in quality and care.
Across town, a second store has opened on Main Street under the leadership of franchise partners Bryant Liles, Coly Hokett, Kevin Hokett, Shawn Todd, and Tiffany Hokett. The group envisioned a space that serves as both a community gathering spot and a destination for tea lovers. “Being right on Main Street connects us directly to the people, and we want to create a gathering spot for everyone,” Liles said. His words reflect HTeaO’s larger vision of fostering local connection through hospitality and comfort.
The grand openings were celebrated with vibrant community participation. Visitors were treated to complimentary tea tastings and promotional offers throughout the weekend, while the first 250 customers at each store received limited-edition merchandise to mark the occasion. The events were less about transactions and more about establishing roots, inviting residents to make HTeaO a part of their daily routine.
Even after the celebrations, both locations continue to build momentum through HTeaO’s signature “happy hour,” which offers buy-one-get-one-free teas during the mid-afternoon. Combined with the brand’s mobile app that rewards frequent customers and simplifies ordering, the initiative reinforces HTeaO’s reputation for accessibility and customer appreciation.
The dual-store launch in Roswell illustrates HTeaO’s strategic approach to regional growth and community engagement. By focusing on both consistency in product quality and individuality in franchise leadership, the brand is transforming its shops into modern-day gathering places. In doing so, HTeaO not only expands its market reach but also deepens its connection with the people it serves, one cup at a time.
