Hotville, a UK-based Nashville-style fried chicken takeaway brand, is accelerating its expansion plans after posting its strongest week of sales to date, fueled largely by delivery demand. The company said the surge in orders, particularly during the period between Christmas and the New Year, has provided the confidence to move ahead with new openings across the country. Hotville currently operates locations in Leicester, Birmingham, and Nottingham.

The brand plans to open three additional outlets in the coming months, followed by a further three later in 2026, as it works to extend its reach beyond its existing regional footprint. The expansion reflects growing consumer appetite for chicken-focused quick service concepts, particularly those that perform well on delivery platforms and appeal to younger, convenience-driven customers.

Co-founder Ali Rajani said the coming year will mark an important phase in the company’s development, prompting an open call for franchise partners. Hotville is seeking operators who share its long-term vision and are prepared to grow alongside the brand as it builds a broader presence in the UK market.

To support franchise growth, the company is offering structured training programmes and ongoing operational guidance. Franchise partners will receive assistance with site selection, store fit-outs, and marketing, alongside hands-on support during the launch and opening stages to help ensure consistency across new locations.

Hotville said its recent sales performance was strengthened by strong delivery partnerships, including Uber Eats, underscoring the role of digital channels in driving growth. As competition intensifies in the UK fast-food sector, the brand is positioning itself as a focused and disciplined operator, aiming to balance rapid expansion with operational stability and sustained consumer demand.
