Gregorys Coffee is marking its 20th year in business with a limited-time fall menu built around a new Banana Foster-inspired drink lineup, the return of longtime pumpkin favorites and a redesigned breakfast menu. The New York City-born brand, part of the Craveworthy Brands portfolio, is offering the lineup at its coffee houses through October.
The new drinks include the Banana Foster Latte, combining espresso, banana, butter rum, cinnamon sugar, banana chips and oat milk, with an iced version finished in toasted maple rum vegan foam. The Banana Bread Chai pairs banana and butter rum with spiced chai and oat milk, while the Banana Foster Matcha Latte applies the same flavor profile to ceremonial-grade matcha. Returning seasonal favorites include the vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Smashing Pumpkin Cold Brew. Gregory Zamfotis, founder of Gregorys, said the brand has built a set of drinks so beloved that guests would notice if they ever disappeared, and that getting the banana flavor right across espresso, matcha and chai took time before the lineup came together.
Loyalty members known as Gregulars can also hold onto summer a little longer with the Honey Ace, a yuzu, wild raspberry and lemonade blend served over boba with a splash of cucumber, which remains available at participating New York, New Jersey and Connecticut locations through September 13.
On the food side, Gregorys is introducing five new breakfast sandwiches, each made with two fresh-cracked eggs and offering up to 47 grams of protein. The lineup includes the Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissant, Bacon, Egg & Cheese English Muffin, Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant and Prosciutto, Egg & Brie Baguette. Jax Sperling, Vice President of Culinary and Supply Chain for Craveworthy Brands, said cracking eggs fresh in every store is not the fastest approach, but it is why the sandwiches taste the way they do.
The fall menu comes with added incentives for Gregorys Rewards members. On National Coffee Day, September 29, every member who makes a purchase earns 400 Gs, enough to redeem for a free drip coffee or put toward another reward. On National Frappe Day, October 7, members can get a buy one, get one free frappe. Coordinating rewards points, member-only items and dated perks like these across a growing coffee house network takes a reliable system behind the scenes. Gorilla Dash offers a Memberships and Subscriptions feature designed to help franchise brands manage loyalty perks and track member rewards consistently across every location.
