Oilex Operating, LLC, spearheaded by President Ron Morrow, Jr., brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the Grease Monkey brand. Following in his father's footsteps, who was a former franchisee of Grease Monkey, Ron Morrow, Jr. has been intricately involved in the business for years. His commitment to the brand was evident when he purchased his own Grease Monkey location in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2021.

The investment in Grease Monkey only grew stronger when Ron Morrow, Jr. and a group of like-minded individuals increased their stake in the business in June 2023.
