Fuzzy's Taco Shop has officially elevated its brand experience in Sugar Land, Texas, with the opening of its latest concept, Fuzzy’s Tacos & Margs, which welcomed guests on June 16, 2025. This new location marks a significant evolution from the brand’s traditional counter-service model by introducing a full-service, hospitality-first approach. At Fuzzy’s Tacos & Margs, diners are seated and served by a dedicated team member known as a “Tacotender,” offering a more personalized and socially engaging dining experience.
The restaurant features Fuzzy’s fan favorites such as the Texas Brisket Taco and Cali-Style Steak Taco, alongside bold new creations like the Sonora Relleno. These inventive dishes elevate the casual dining experience with vibrant flavors that reflect the restaurant’s upbeat energy. Complementing the menu is a lively cocktail program, including margaritas and frozen drinks that encourage guests to relax, connect, and enjoy.
To celebrate the launch, the first 50 guests received free tacos for a year, while additional patrons took home exclusive merchandise and giveaways. This festive kickoff showcased the brand’s commitment to creating not just meals, but memories. According to Patrick Kirk, president of Fuzzy's Taco Shop, the concept represents a premium evolution of the beloved brand—blending comfort and convenience with a touch of indulgence.
Operated by NGE Group, led by brothers Miro and Andrew Nazarian, the Sugar Land location is part of a broader vision to expand the Fuzzy’s Tacos & Margs format to more communities. Their goal is to redefine Fuzzy’s not just as a spot for tacos, but as a go-to destination for flavorful food and good times. With this new direction, Fuzzy’s Tacos & Margs is poised to become a staple in the Sugar Land community and a potential blueprint for future growth across Texas and beyond.
