BODYBAR Pilates is preparing to open a new studio in Exton, Pennsylvania, adding to the fitness franchise’s presence in the state. Located at 232 Eagleview Boulevard, Suite 110, the 2,300-square-foot studio is scheduled to hold its grand opening on November 16, 2026, subject to construction timelines. The location will be owned and operated by first-time franchisee Preeti Gandhi, who plans to introduce local residents to the brand’s Reformer-based workouts and community-focused approach.
Gandhi brings more than a decade of experience in fitness and nutrition to the venture. A practicing nutritionist who supports clients navigating menopause and vegetarian lifestyles, she wanted to bring a wellness concept to her hometown that would help people stay active while building social connections. Her husband, Kartik, will oversee financial and human resources responsibilities, while Preeti manages front-of-house operations and continues her work as a senior product manager. She also plans to pursue certification as a BODYBAR Pilates instructor.
The new studio will feature 14 Reformers and offer signature athletic Pilates classes led by certified instructors. Sessions are designed to support strength, balance, mobility and overall well-being across different fitness levels. The brand’s emphasis on inclusive instruction was a key factor in Gandhi’s decision to invest, giving the studio a focus that extends beyond exercise to helping members feel welcomed and supported.
Ahead of opening, BODYBAR Pilates Exton is offering a limited number of founding memberships with lifetime discounted rates, priority booking and a complimentary class before the studio opens. Community activities include a Founding Members Sip & See on October 21 and a Trunk or Treat event planned for October 29. These gatherings are intended to introduce residents to the studio, its team and its approach to fitness while creating opportunities for local connections.
For franchise operators, coordinating introductory offers and local gatherings can be an important part of establishing a new location. An Event Calendar feature offered by Gorilla Dash provides one example of how businesses can organize activities and promotions across their operations. For BODYBAR Pilates Exton, the immediate focus is on welcoming its first members and establishing a fitness community as the studio prepares to open its doors.
