The Enquiries tool has been updated to give you even more insights before you pick up the phone.
First, we’ve added some AI-powered research into your next round of phone calls to prospective clients.
When you open a new enquiry, either via email or directly in Gorilla Dash, you’ll notice a new trove of information, aside from what the customer already provided.
On the bottom right are AI-generated Business Details for any enquiry that includes a business name (rather than just an individual). This includes what type of business it is, the services provided, how many people they employ and the business website.
A general word of caution: AI has been known to report some dodgy information with the confidence of a toddler belting the lyrics of "Bohemian Rhapsody."
Always validate the AI assumptions with questions for your new clients. Or click the website link and make sure the information lines up with what the customer is asking for.
The second feature we’ve added is the ability to filter your leads by their source or status.
Keep reading for the guide on how to make that aspect of the tool work in your favor.
Quick Gorilla Dash Guide
Filter and track your leads

When you open Enquiries, you’ll see a list of everyone who filled out a form for more information about your services. Along the top are ways you can filter your enquiries.
Filter options include:
- Status: Monitor inquiries that haven’t been assigned, have already been given a quote, or resulted in a closed sale.
- Assigned To: If you have a large sales team, check on the workload of specific team members.
- Calculated Source: This provides insight into how the customer found your business by tracking their journey to your website, whether that’s through organic search, a paid ad, an email campaign, or LLM (large language model) like ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Custom Source: This tracks specific campaigns your franchise has set up to monitor.
- Inquiry Form: If your franchise has set up more than one inquiry form on your website, you can see which ones have been most successful for your location.
Finally, you can search for a specific lead that you’re worried might have gotten forgotten. Find the inquiry quickly just by the company name or the first name of the woman you spoke to last month, but can’t place.
Capitalize on every lead
The Enquires tool shortens the steps between the first question and the closed sale.
Make sure you’re fully harnessing the tool to help your business grow faster!
