SmartPA has partnered with Refuge to help women rebuild their professional lives after escaping domestic abuse. Announced in connection with International Women’s Day, the initiative reflects SmartPA’s long-standing commitment to empowerment through practical opportunity. By supporting Refuge’s 4Change campaign, the business support franchise aims to provide survivors with the skills and confidence needed to begin new career journeys.
Refuge works with women and children who have fled domestic abuse, many of whom face the difficult challenge of rebuilding their lives while also seeking financial independence. Through the partnership, SmartPA will offer access to a CPD-accredited training program designed to strengthen professional readiness.
