East Coast Wings + Grill is giving its menu a fresh identity built around a familiar promise: bold flavor with plenty of room for personal choice. The Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based restaurant franchise has introduced a redesigned menu that allows guests to add one signature flavor to any entrée at no additional charge, with additional flavors available for 99 cents each. The brand continues to offer more than 50 wing flavors across seven heat levels, giving customers a wide range of combinations to explore.
The refresh also brings several new food options to the menu. The Chicken Avocado Sandwich combines grilled chicken with bacon, avocado, mozzarella, Parmesan and garlic aioli on Texas Toast, while the Hot Honey Chicken Tacos pair grilled chicken with hot honey sauce, shredded lettuce, cheddar, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli. Chicken Caesar and veggie wraps, Chipotle Beef Tacos and Southwest Egg Rolls round out the new additions.
Three flavors are joining the lineup as well: Old Bay, Spicy Peach and Carolina Ranch. The latter was selected by guests as the winner of ECW+G's Fan Flavor Showdown earlier this summer, giving the new menu a direct connection to customer participation. That approach reinforces the brand's effort to make menu development part of the guest experience rather than simply a decision made behind the scenes.
The beverage program has received its own expansion. ECW+G has added cocktails including the Blood Orange Martini and Mai Oh My!, along with its first zero-proof section featuring Cool As A Cucumber, Starfruit Sunrise and Berry Good. Ashley Mitchell, vice president of marketing, said the refreshed menu reflects the company's focus on flavor and customization, while founder and CEO Sam Ballas described the changes as an expression of the brand's longstanding approach to letting guests order meals their own way.
For franchise brands, the customer participation behind Carolina Ranch offers another way to think about menu and marketing campaigns. Gorilla Dash includes Competitions and Promotions tools that can help franchise teams organize customer-focused campaigns, manage promotional initiatives and coordinate engagement across locations. When guest feedback becomes part of a larger promotional strategy, these tools can provide a centralized way to manage campaigns while keeping local teams aligned. For East Coast Wings + Grill, the new menu turns that philosophy into a broader invitation for customers to experiment, customize and find a flavor that is their own.
