DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Reno recently completed a full renovation of the men’s and women’s restrooms at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9211, also known as The Bunker. The project was carried out at no cost to the VFW, reflecting the franchisee’s commitment to giving back to the local veterans who have dedicated themselves to service. The updated facilities now provide a clean, welcoming, and dignified space for post members and the surrounding community.
To ensure the renovation met the highest standards, DreamMaker collaborated with several preferred vendors who generously donated materials and products. Partners such as KCD, Sherwin-Williams, Hardware Resources, and Ferguson helped provide everything needed to complete the bathrooms efficiently and effectively. Their contributions allowed the franchise team to deliver a professional-quality finish while keeping the project cost-free for the VFW post.
With the bathroom renovation complete, DreamMaker is preparing for a more ambitious project in the coming months. The team plans to undertake a full kitchen remodel, followed by the installation of approximately 4,000 square feet of new flooring throughout the historic post, which has served the community since 1947. These upgrades will further enhance the functionality and comfort of the space for veterans and visitors alike.
