As the Thanksgiving travel rush approaches, Church's Texas Chicken is honoring TSA workers who often sacrifice their own holiday time to keep travelers safe. Recognizing the long hours and high stress these employees face, the brand is offering a complimentary 2‑piece feast to any TSA agent who presents a valid work badge from November 24 through 28. The meal includes two pieces of freshly prepared chicken, a Honey‑Butter Biscuit™, and a jalapeño pepper, with no purchase necessary.
This initiative is designed to show appreciation for the countless TSA employees who ensure airports operate smoothly during one of the busiest times of the year. Many of these workers miss family gatherings while managing crowded terminals and security lines, and Church's gesture aims to provide a small moment of celebration and recognition in return.
Earlier this month, Church's visited Hartsfield‑Jackson Airport to surprise more than 300 TSA employees. Attendees enjoyed chicken, fun games, and the playful presence of Church's mascot, Churchie. Employees who were on duty but unable to attend still received vouchers for the same 2‑piece feast, ensuring that the appreciation reached as many workers as possible.
Navin Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer of Church's, emphasized the importance of recognizing frontline workers.
