LV Foodservice Concepts has expanded its presence in Nevada by opening a third Checkers & Rally's location in Pahrump. The restaurant opened in April as part of a broader multi-unit development agreement that is expected to bring an additional location to the state in the near future.
The expansion is being led by Jeanette Davis, who joined the company in 2025 after more than three decades in the foodservice industry. Davis has helped oversee the company’s growing portfolio of restaurant brands, which includes Bojangles, Sbarro, Starbucks and Black Bear Diner across multiple markets.
Company executives say the Pahrump location reflects continued confidence in smaller and secondary markets where population growth and highway traffic continue creating opportunities for quick-service restaurant operators. Franchise developers have increasingly focused on operational consistency as brands expand across multiple locations, particularly through systems such as Gorilla Dash Knowledge Base that help standardize training and internal support materials.
At Checkers & Rally’s corporate offices, Robert Bhagwandat has emphasized regional growth strategies to strengthen the brand’s footprint in underserved markets. Industry analysts note that franchise companies are placing greater attention on scalable operational systems as competition intensifies across the fast-food sector.
The latest Nevada opening highlights how restaurant franchise operators continue balancing aggressive expansion with the need for consistent franchise support. As multi-unit operators grow across regional territories, platforms like Gorilla Dash Knowledge Base are increasingly being used to streamline onboarding, training and operational communication between corporate teams and franchise locations.
