Celebree School, already well known in the early childhood education sector, is entering the fourth quarter with aggressive expansion and operational upgrades. The brand has signed 13 new franchise agreements that will yield 23 additional schools in the coming years, augmenting its footprint in several key states. In 2025 alone, seven new schools have already opened under the Celebree banner, expanding access to its “Grow People Big and Small™” philosophy for families across the country.
Richard Huffman, the founder and CEO, emphasized that the growth is not about scale alone but also about alignment of vision and values. He said, “Our success is driven by franchisees who are deeply committed to nurturing children and supporting families.” His remarks underscore that Celebree views its franchisees as partners in delivering high-quality early learning, not merely operators of new facilities.
To support that growth, the company rolled out a new Electronic Real Estate Management Platform. This digital system allows brokers to submit potential sites via an intuitive web form, creates real-time tracking of submissions, and layers critical data points on each location. The goal is to shorten site acquisition cycles, improve decision visibility, and optimize development timelines, giving Celebree a sharper competitive edge in real estate execution.
Complementing this tech investment, Celebree has appointed Casey Larkin as Director of Design & Construction. Larkin brings decades of experience managing major real estate and development projects totaling over $600 million. In his new role, he will ensure that every new school opens on schedule, within budget, and maintains the brand’s design standards. His hire signals Celebree’s intent to professionalize build processes as it ventures into denser markets.
As the company accelerates through 2025, its efforts have drawn outside recognition. Richard Huffman received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Mid-Atlantic award, adding credibility to his leadership and the brand’s trajectory. Industry observers will watch closely whether Celebree can sustain this pace and maintain quality in its expansion.
For prospective investors and franchisees, the message is clear: Celebree is not merely expanding; it is investing in infrastructure, talent, and systems to back its growth. The brand is actively seeking qualified partners to bring new schools into underserved markets, offering a mix of strategic support and mission alignment for those ready to join the journey.
