The British Franchise Association (BFA) has officially launched the entry phase for the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards 2025. In the bustling realm of franchising, being named among the finalists serves as a remarkable tribute for many brands, while winning the award can significantly enhance a brand's visibility and reputation in a cutthroat marketplace.
“Pip Wilkins, Chief Executive of the BFA, remarked that, “In 2024, our survey showed franchising remains a robust and lucrative sector with a commercial failure rate of less than one percent.” This highlights the resilience and profitability of the franchise model.
Judges, including Wilkins himself, are keen to delve into this year’s submissions, probing the innovative strategies employed by franchisors and franchisees that have contributed to their successes. "Franchising is fundamentally about people, and our awards give us an opportunity to celebrate the excellence demonstrated by individuals within the sector every year—a celebration we all cherish,” he added emphatically.
The awards are open to BFA members, and two categories—HSBC UK Multi-Unit and HSBC UK Multi-Brand—are also available to non-members. Interested parties must submit their entries by June 2, 2025.
