Another Broken Egg Cafe is welcoming the arrival of fall with a seasonal menu built around familiar harvest flavors and Southern-inspired brunch. Available at more than 100 locations nationwide through November 22, the limited-time lineup introduces new dishes and beverages designed to bring the flavors of the season into the brand’s daytime dining experience.
Four new dishes anchor the menu. The Steak & Eggs Benedict pairs beef tenderloin medallions with loaded bacon cheddar potatoes, poached eggs and hollandaise, while the Harvest Hash & Eggs combines sausage, roasted Brussels sprouts, potatoes, vegetables, melted cheese and lemon garlic aioli. On the sweeter side, Apple Pie Pancakes feature roasted apple sauce and maple cinnamon apples, while the Pumpkin Crunch Waffle combines pumpkin, graham cracker crunch, pumpkin cheesecake butter and maple pumpkin syrup.
The seasonal refresh extends to the beverage menu, with the Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew combining pumpkin-spiced cold brew, graham cracker milk, cream topping, caramel and graham crumbs. The Pumpkin Brunch Old Fashioned adds bourbon, coffee liqueur and pumpkin to the fall lineup, while the Cranberry Pomegranate Fizz Mocktail provides a nonalcoholic option with cranberry, pomegranate, lime and ginger ale.
