  • Grand opening event features giveaways, including free froyo for a year.
  • Community focus led by Marine Corps veteran David Bauman.

Orange Leaf has expanded its footprint in Texas with the opening of its newest frozen yogurt shop in Aledo. Positioned in the same shopping center as the Aledo Athletic Club, the location launched with a lively grand opening celebration that drew families and dessert enthusiasts from across the community. The festivities included an opportunity for ten guests to win free frozen yogurt for an entire year, while another attendee walked away with a 55-inch television. Visitors could also enjoy spin-to-win discounts throughout the afternoon, and the celebration extended online with a gift card giveaway for social media participants.

The store is owned and operated by Marine Corps veteran David Bauman, who brings both a business mindset and a community-focused vision to the venture. Bauman aims to make the store a warm gathering place for neighbors, friends, and families. He describes the shop as a place where people can relax and connect while enjoying a favorite treat, reinforced by the extensive selection of more than 30 toppings that allows every customer to find a flavor that reflects their personality.

Sherif Mityas, CEO of Orange Leaf, expressed confidence in the potential of the Aledo store and its leadership. He highlighted Bauman’s commitment to local engagement and customer experience as a strong match for the brand’s values. Mityas believes that the combination of high-quality frozen yogurt and a welcoming environment will help the new location build a lasting bond with the community.

The early momentum at the Aledo store suggests more than a successful launch. It signals the continued appeal of dessert concepts that blend indulgence with connection. For Orange Leaf, the new location is another step forward in strengthening its presence in Texas while prioritizing community involvement as a cornerstone of growth.
