Sign in with your email address and password. Your account is your own — everything you are allowed to see follows from it, so accounts should never be shared between people.
If your password is refused
- Check the email address, not just the password. A work address and a personal one are two different accounts.
- Watch for autofill quietly filling in an old password.
- If you are still stuck, use Forgotten Password? rather than guessing again.
Gorilla Dash deliberately says incorrect email or password without saying which. That is a security measure — it stops someone finding out whether an address has an account here.
Too many attempts
Two factor authentication
If two factor authentication is on, you are asked for a six-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. You can tick to skip the code on that device for the next 30 days — do that only on a device that is yours.
First time in
A new account starts with an invitation email. Open it and set your own password — until you do, there is nothing to sign in with. If the invitation has gone astray, whoever added you can send it again.
