Sign in with your email address and password. Your account is your own — everything you are allowed to see follows from it, so accounts should never be shared between people.

If your password is refused

  • Check the email address, not just the password. A work address and a personal one are two different accounts.
  • Watch for autofill quietly filling in an old password.
  • If you are still stuck, use Forgotten Password? rather than guessing again.

Gorilla Dash deliberately says incorrect email or password without saying which. That is a security measure — it stops someone finding out whether an address has an account here.

Too many attempts

A PAUSE IS NOT A LOCKED ACCOUNT
After several failed attempts you are asked to wait a moment before trying again. Nothing has been locked or disabled — wait, then reset your password rather than trying a seventh guess.

Two factor authentication

If two factor authentication is on, you are asked for a six-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. You can tick to skip the code on that device for the next 30 days — do that only on a device that is yours.

First time in

A new account starts with an invitation email. Open it and set your own password — until you do, there is nothing to sign in with. If the invitation has gone astray, whoever added you can send it again.
