A vendor account can be created two ways: the vendor registers themselves, or the organisation creates the vendor and invites an administrator.

Registering

A vendor signs up with their business name, website and contact details, and gets an administrator login. At that point they exist, but they are not yet connected to anybody.

Applying to an organisation

A vendor then applies to connect to an organisation. The application sits as pending until somebody at that organisation accepts or rejects it.

One vendor can be connected to several organisations, each with its own status and its own subscription — which is how a supplier serves more than one network from one profile.

While you wait

• Fill in the profile properly — an application with a blank profile is harder to accept.
• Add your products and services, so the reviewer can see what you actually supply.
• Add a second administrator, so approval does not wait on one person's inbox.
