Very little social content is written from nothing. Drafts, duplicates and loading an old post are how a week's posting gets done in an hour.

Drafts

Save Draft keeps a post without scheduling it. Nothing is published, and it waits in the list until you come back.

Duplicating

Duplicate copies an existing post so you can change the wording and the date. It is the right way to run a series, or to post something seasonal that worked last year.

Loading a post

Load Post pulls an existing post into the one you are writing, as a starting point. Useful when head office has sent something down and you want to adapt it, or when you keep a house template as a post.

Keeping the library usable

• Name posts by what they are about and roughly when.
• Delete drafts you abandoned. A list of half-written posts hides the ones that matter.
• Reuse deliberately — a duplicate that still mentions last year's dates is worse than a fresh post.
