Transactions is the live list of individual orders, and the first place to look when somebody asks about a specific sale. Unlike the dashboard above it, it counts what is there right now.
Filtering
Search, a date range, a Date Column to window on, status, and — on a tribe — platform. Remember the totals above the table always measure each figure on its own date whatever you pick here.
What each row shows
Quote and sale dates, platform, customer, lead source and campaign, industry, status, and the estimate, sale and invoiced values. Opening a row gives you Transaction Details with the full breakdown — sub-totals, tax, tips, discounts — grouped into customer, order, amounts, dates and attribution.
Ignoring a transaction
The details panel has an Ignore this transaction checkbox for test orders, duplicates and mistakes.
Exporting
Export CSV downloads the filtered orders carrying every column the table shows — the quote and sale dates, platform, customer, lead source and campaign, industry, status, and the estimate, sale and invoiced values — plus a row number and the company name. The dates come out in the same timezone the table renders them in, so the spreadsheet lines up against what is on screen row for row.
Correcting a date
Dates can be edited from the customer's order history, where each one has a pencil. Use it where the point of sale recorded the wrong day — but note that clearing a date you previously set lets the automatic backfill populate it again.
