Sales → Reporting Settings on your organisation does two things: it picks the dashboard layout for your kind of business, and, under Sales platforms, it decides how each platform is treated in your reporting. Every platform has two switches, and they work independently of each other.
In top-line totals
This switch decides whether a platform's orders count towards the headline sales and quote figures: the graphs on the home page and the dashboards, and the totals and year-to-date charts in the weekly sales report. Turning it off does not hide the data. The orders still appear in Transactions, Sale Products and the detailed reports.
Shown in reports
This switch decides whether a platform gets its own row in the Where the sales came from tables of the weekly sales report. It is on for every platform until you turn it off. A platform that is shown but not counted appears in grey, marked Not counted in the totals, so the reader can see its sales without them being added to the total a second time. A platform that is counted but not shown still adds to the totals; it simply has no row of its own, so the rows will not add up to the total.

Changes are not instant
Saving tells you the main graphs will recalculate on the next run — that is overnight. The detailed reports change straight away, so for a few hours the two will disagree by design.
The report layout
The Sales report design setting decides which dashboard your network gets — the standard one, the food brand one built around trading patterns, or the agent layout. It changes the menu as well as the dashboard, so items appear and disappear when you change it.
If nothing is listed
Platforms appear here once one is connected to a tribe. An empty screen means no sales integration exists yet.
