The Website Content tab holds the blocks your website reads to build the competition page. Add Content, give the block a Name, and pick its Type.
The block types
- Short Text and Long Text — plain copy.
- Rich Text — formatted copy with links.
- Single Image and Gallery.
- List - Select Manually, List - Meta Data and List - Sortable List — for prize lists, steps, or rules summaries.
- Products Selector — a list of your own products, such as a wish list for entrants to choose from. This type is only offered on a promotion template; see below.
Choosing the products
A Products Selector block is added on the promotion template, not on the promotion, so it does not appear in the Type list when you add content to a promotion. Every promotion you create from that template starts with the block. Any products you pick on the template become the starting list for each new promotion, and you can change that list on each promotion without touching the template.
- Open the promotion and select the Website Content tab.
- In the Products Selector block, choose a product from Add Product. It is added to the list.
- To take a product out, select the bin icon beside it.
- Select Save.
Be careful with the bin icon on the block itself. It removes the whole Products Selector, and because the type cannot be added to a promotion, you cannot put it back there. If you remove it by mistake, select Cancel instead of Save and your changes are discarded.

Where the page appears
The competition lives at its own address on your website, built from the Slug. You can also drop a promotion into any page you build in the website editor using the Promotion block and choosing which competition it shows.
Nothing renders outside your website
A promotion appears on your Gorilla Dash website and in the confirmation email. It does not appear in a branded store, in the app, or anywhere a customer logs in. Promote it by linking to the page from your email campaigns and social posts.
Check it before you advertise it
Visit the page yourself once the start date has arrived and submit a test entry. That confirms the dates are right, the content renders, and the confirmation email looks the way you want — all three of which fail quietly.
