Buying from your network store

Your network store is where head office lists what your tribe can order — merchandise, signage, event places, software seats, marketing services. This guide is for buying from it. If you run a store, the other Network Store guides cover that side.

Finding it

Open Network Store from your tribe menu. If your network runs more than one store you will be asked which, otherwise you go straight to the storefront.

You only ever see products your organisation is allowed to buy, so your store may look different from another tribe's. If something you expected is missing, ask head office rather than assuming it has sold out.

Choosing what to order

Products are grouped into categories. Most have variants — a size, a term length, a number of users — and the variant you pick decides the price, so read it before adding to the cart.

Some products set a minimum or maximum quantity. If you cannot order the number you want, that is why.

Questions at checkout

Many products ask for details needed to actually deliver — a delivery address, artwork notes, the name to print. Answer them carefully: they go straight to whoever fulfils the order.

Where you are buying several of something, you may be asked per item rather than once — an email address for each licence, a name and size for each shirt, a dietary requirement for each dinner place.

SOME ANSWERS CANNOT BE CHANGED LATER
Where the answer is the thing being bought — the email address a licence is issued against, for instance — it is locked after purchase, because editing it would quietly move the licence to someone else. Check those before you pay.

Paying

Which payment methods you can use is set by your network, and can differ per product. Depending on how your network has set things up, you either pay at checkout or the order is placed on account and invoiced.

Saving a payment method matters if you are buying anything that renews — renewals are charged to it automatically, so nothing lapses.

Things that renew

Some products are subscriptions: you are charged now and again each period until cancelled. The storefront tells you before you buy.

For anything sold by the seat, you can usually add or remove seats yourself afterwards. A few things worth knowing:

  • Your plan may include a number of seats. Extra seats beyond that cost more.
  • Adding a seat works straight away, but the extra cost appears at your next renewal.
  • Removing a seat likewise reduces the bill from the next renewal, not immediately.
  • Removing a seat you were not being charged for does not reduce the bill at all.

After you order

Your orders are listed under your tribe's Network Store area. Each shows what you bought, what you answered, what you were charged, and how far along it is.

If an order sits at the same stage longer than you expected, contact head office — fulfilment is theirs, and the status is what they have set.

If a payment fails

The usual cause is an expired or replaced card. Your network will retry, and may send you a link to enter new details — that link is the quickest fix, and means nobody has to handle your card number.

BEFORE YOU CONTACT SUPPORT
Gorilla Dash support cannot see or change your network's store. Prices, products, delivery times and payment terms are all set by your head office — they are the right people to ask.
