Symptoms

• Clicking Save briefly shows a loading bar but no success message.
• After closing and reopening the package, changes revert to the previous values.

Fix

1. Open the package in Memberships > Packages and click Edit.
2. Find the Frequency field.
3. If it is set to 0 (or blank), open the dropdown and select a valid option (for example, Non-Recurring).
4. Click Save again.

Why this happens

Using a value of 0 for Frequency prevents the page from saving. Choosing any valid dropdown option resolves the issue.
