A form is reachable only when it is published. The status is the whole of its availability.
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not reachable yet. Safe to build in. |
| Published | Live and accepting responses. |
| Paused | The link is closed — responses already collected are kept. |
Pausing is the right way to close a survey. It stops new responses without deleting anything, and it can be reopened.
The public link
Every published form has a link you can send, put on a page, or turn into a QR code. Open it yourself before sharing it — in a private window, so you see what a stranger sees.
Letting every tribe publish it
A form can be opened up so every location publishes their own version. Each tribe then gets their own link and sees only their own responses — which is what makes one head office survey usable across a whole network.
THE RIGHT LINK MATTERS
