The Tribes list

Select Tribes in the Field Operations sidebar to see every active tribe with its Business Advisor, owner, when someone last logged contact, open tasks, outstanding action items, open support tickets and the next appointment.

  • Show: My tribes lists only the tribes you look after.
  • Show: No Business Advisor lists the tribes nobody has been given yet.
  • With All tribes selected, choose an advisor to see their tribes.

A tribe's page

Select a tribe's name to open its page. The top shows its Business Advisor (with a pencil to change it), its owners, and its phone and email. The numbers underneath are the same ones the Tribes list shows. Open tribe takes you to the tribe itself.

TabWhat it holds
ActivityThe communication log: calls, emails, meetings, visits, SMS messages and notes.
TasksOpen tasks about this tribe and its owners. Turn on Show completed to see finished ones.
AppointmentsWhat is coming up, and what happened in the last six months.
Action itemsWhat this tribe still has to do on action items, and its history on each.
Support ticketsThe tickets this tribe has raised with your support desk.
Internal emails and SMSThe internal emails and SMS messages that reached this tribe's people, with how many received and opened each one.
ComplianceIts visits, documents and corrective actions, when Compliance is switched on.

Owners with more than one tribe

When a tribe's owner is recorded in Franchise Development, their name appears at the top of the tribe's page with how many tribes they own. Select it to open the owner's page, which lists every tribe they own side by side.

Anything you log, task or book against the owner shows on each of their tribes as well, marked as being about the owner. One call with an owner of four tribes is recorded once and counts as contact for all four.

ONE ADVISOR PER OWNER
If an owner's tribes are looked after by more than one Business Advisor, their page says so. This is usually a mistake worth fixing, so the owner hears from one person.
