Co-brand Stores: one account or two?

Co-brand locations have separate websites, enquiry streams, and contact lists for each brand. As a result, each brand uses its own account. You can copy email designs from one organisation to the other if you want to reuse a template across brands.

All People Mailing List

• Any new contact is automatically added to the All People mailing list.
• Mailing lists are dynamic and update automatically.
• Contacts imported into your account are included in All People automatically.

Unsubscribe Behaviour

• When a recipient unsubscribes from an email, they are automatically added to the Unsubscribe list.
• Unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded from mailing lists and from all subsequent campaigns.
