Policy

• Each tribe must have its own sending domain.
• Do not add a tribe custom domain that is the same as the organisation domain.
• Tribe sending domains are managed by the UFG team. Do not modify tribe custom domains without consulting the designated UFG contacts.

Default behaviour

• If a tribe does not add a custom domain, it will default to using the organisation domain for sending. This default is not compliant with policy; request a tribe-specific sending domain instead.

Troubleshooting notes

• If domain verification is delayed or failing for a tribe, confirm the domain you are trying to add is not the organisation domain. Use a unique, tribe-specific sending domain and coordinate with UFG.
