A component is a saved piece of an email — a promotional banner, a social row, an offer block, a standard sign-off. Build it once and drop it into any campaign instead of rebuilding it each time.
What is worth saving
- Blocks that appear in most campaigns and rarely change.
- Anything with fiddly layout you would rather not rebuild — a three-column offer row, a properly sized button pair.
- Anything that has to be exactly right every time, like a legal note or a set of social links.
Copying between organisations
Copy to connected organisation sends a component to another organisation you are connected to — useful for a brand that builds assets centrally and shares them with its network.
It is a copy, not a link. Editing the original afterwards does not change the copies, so a change to a shared block has to be pushed out again.
