The CRM has one menu down the left-hand side, in the order most people work: what needs doing, who you are working, and what you expect to win.
The main list
| Menu entry | What you use it for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The morning view: pipeline value, what is due today, what is overdue. |
| Active Leads | The people currently being worked. The shortest list a rep needs. |
| Contacts | Every contact, filtered and sorted however you like. |
| Companies | The businesses those contacts work for. |
| Enquiries | What arrived from your website and forms, waiting to be worked. |
| Tasks | Everything anyone has to do, with dates and owners. |
| Calendar | Meetings and callbacks, as a calendar rather than a list. |
| Opportunities | The deals in play, and what they are worth. |
| Call Lists | Structured outbound calling — a queue to work through. |
Reports
Activity Report is how much work is actually being done: calls made, emails sent, meetings held, per person, over a period you choose.
Tools
Merge Contacts finds people who have been entered twice and joins them back into one record. It appears in a tribe, because duplicates are almost always created inside one tribe.
Settings
| Entry | What it holds |
|---|---|
| CRM Settings | Everything the CRM is configured with: stages, statuses, lead sources, fields, and the rest. |
| Team Members | Who appears in the CRM for assignment, and the mailboxes linked to this tribe. |
THE MENU IS SHORTER AT ORGANISATION LEVEL
Getting back to where you were
The breadcrumb across the top names the record you are on, so a deep link into a contact still tells you which company and which list you came through. Return To Tribe at the top of the menu takes you back out of the CRM altogether.
