Email sent from the CRM carries a footer — your sign-off, contact details and anything your business is required to include.
Two levels

| Team member footer | Team Members | That person, instead of the organisation one. |
A person's own footer replaces the organisation default rather than being added to it, so an individual footer needs to carry everything that has to be there.
What to put in the default
- The business name and how to reach it.
- Anything your industry or country requires on business correspondence.
- Nothing that changes often — a footer with last season's promotion in it is worse than no footer.
