The online reputation report

download Download PDF

Get Reputation on a company runs a web research pass and reports what the internet says about that business: how customers rate them, and whether anyone is complaining about being paid.

What it looks at

SignalWhat it tells you
Public reviewsHow their own customers rate them, and roughly how many have said so.
Payment concernsWhether suppliers or staff publicly report being paid late or not at all.
Multi-location businessesAssessed brand-wide, so a chain is judged on the whole brand rather than one branch.

The payment signal is the one worth reading before you extend terms. "Minor payment mentions" is not the same as a pattern of complaints, and the report distinguishes between them.

It is a billed AI pass

RUN IT DELIBERATELY
Each report is a paid AI web research run, charged to your account. Run them on accounts where the answer will change a decision — a large first order, credit terms, a long contract — not as a sweep across the database.

Reading it fairly

  • A business with no findings is usually a small business with no online footprint, not a business with nothing to say for it.
  • A handful of angry reviews is normal for any consumer-facing trade. A pattern is the signal.
  • It is public sentiment, not a credit check. Treat it as one input among several.
