The companies list is your account book. Its job is to answer questions about groups of accounts rather than about one — who owns what, which are going quiet, which came from where.
Narrowing it down
- Search by company name.
- Assigned To — one rep, everyone, or unassigned.
- Lifecycle stage and status — where the account has got to.
- Lead source — where it came from.
- Classification — categories, industries and tags.
When a combination is one you build often, save it as a view and share it with the team.
Acting on a selection
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bulk update | Reassign, restage, or set a lead source across every selected account. |
| Add to a call list | Turn the filtered set into an outbound calling queue. Accounts already on the list are skipped. |
| Export | Take the list out as a spreadsheet — needs the export permission. |
Three lists worth running monthly
- Unassigned — accounts nobody owns.
- No activity in 90 days — accounts going quiet before they go elsewhere.
- No lead source — the gap that will spoil your ROI reporting.
