Agentic CRM is a flat monthly package rather than a metered feature. There is no per-use charge and no allowance to run out of; the fee is the access.

- Fees are billed with your monthly usage: the month's charges are generated on the 3rd of the following month and invoiced on the 4th, then charged to the card on file if automatic payment is on.
- There is no proration. A tribe that activates on the 28th is billed the full month and has the package for the whole of it.
- The first billable month is October 2026. Any use before then is free.
Cancelling
A cancelled package runs to the end of the current month, and that month is billed. From the next month it is off. Cancel from the tribe's Billing dashboard (Agentic CRM box, Cancel package) or, for an organisation-wide package, from the organisation's Sequences page (Stop for all tribes). Resuming before the month ends withdraws the cancellation with nothing interrupted.
Where to see it
- Tribe Billing dashboard. Agentic CRM has its own box showing Enabled, Disabled or the date it stops, with Activate, Cancel package and Resume package.
- Organisation Sequences page. The card at the top shows whether the organisation pays for every tribe, how many tribes are paying on their own, the per-tribe rate and this month's estimate.
- Metered Usage. Agentic CRM appears under Add-ons, marked Sold as a package (tribe pays). Because it is a package, it cannot be switched to "organisation pays all" there; an organisation can only switch it off for every tribe, or use the organisation-wide package.
- Invoices. One line per month as shown in the table above.
NO CARD, NO PACKAGE
What is not included
The package covers the sequences feature itself. Usage the sequences generate is billed as it always is: email sends count against the location's monthly email allowance, and text messages are billed at the tribe's SMS rate.
