Social connections expire. It is normal, it happens to everyone, and the platforms do it deliberately — a permission granted once should not last forever. Each connection shows its status so you can see which need attention.
The two things that go wrong

| The account can no longer be reached | The permission you granted has expired or been withdrawn. | Reconnect the account and approve the permissions again. |
| A page is no longer available | The account still works, but your access to that page has changed. | Select the page again — or fix your role on the platform first. |
Where a connection just needs waking up, refresh connection does it without a full reconnect.
Why it expires
- You changed your password on the platform.
- The platform expired the permission on its own schedule — Facebook and Instagram do this regularly.
- Someone removed your admin role on the page.
- An administrator revoked connected apps for the business.
