Open My Account → My Details. This is your own record: name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, profile photo and language.

Your name and photo

Your name appears wherever your work does — on notes, on assigned records, in the activity report. A photo makes a shared screen much easier to read at a glance.

Changing your email address

IT IS ALSO WHAT YOU SIGN IN WITH

A new address has to be verified before it takes effect — Gorilla Dash emails the new address and you confirm from there. Until you do, keep signing in with the old one. Change it to an address you can actually open, or you will lock yourself into a wait.

Language

Set your own language here. It changes Gorilla Dash for you only — your colleagues keep theirs, and nothing your customers see is affected.

If the fields are locked

Some details are managed by your organisation rather than by you. If a field cannot be edited, an administrator changes it on your behalf — and Gorilla Dash administrators always update their own name and email from My Account rather than from the user list.
